Strengthening Families and Communities: Bringing the Protective Factors to Life (Closed Registration)
The Alabama Network of Family Resource Centers (ANFRC) is pleased to announce upcoming in-person, one-day training opportunities Strengthening Families and Communities: Bringing the Protective Factors to Life! These FREE interactive trainings will be hosted by Family Resource Centers across the state. This 6-hour training program is designed for everyone who works with parents, children, and/or families in a professional or volunteer role. The engaging program introduces important topics including Strengthening Families Framework and the Five Protective Factors.
All trainings will go from 9:00 to 3:30pm with lunch provided. Registration is FREE (thanks to generous support from the Children's Trust Fund), and 5.75 CEU contact hours are available for Social Workers and Nurses.

This interactive program introduces important topics, including Strengthening Families Framework; Adverse Childhood Experiences; and Positive Childhood Experiences. Participants will leave the training with ideas about how this information can affect the way they approach their work to improve the lives of those they serve.
